CRS Agency was founded on the premise of building a franchise/affiliated system based on the specialty of marketing and managing bank foreclosures and tax lien foreclosures. The idea is that by working together and helping each other as a team, we could provide a strong community of real estate professionals that would not only help the lenders that have acquired these properties, but also help the buying public that wanted such assets.

The marketing and selling of foreclosures is in many ways different and more complex than conventional real estate. From doing BPO’s [Broker Price Opinions] to doing occupancy checks. Steve Crivello, President and Chief Executive Officer. Formerly REO Manager with ERA Statewide Realty for almost 20 years, which was one of the largest REO firms in the state of New Jersey. During his past 24 years, he has marketed and managed over 8,000 foreclosures. These properties consisted from vacant land, 1-4 family homes, to commercial & industrial properties. He was the direct contact (asset manager) on about 50% of those files and managed the other asset managers on the other 50% of those properties. It was through his analyzing and trouble shooting of these assets where he secured the highest and best returns for the owners.
